Creamy Honey Chai Iced Latte

Creamy Honey Chai Iced Latte

A refreshing iced latte that combines the bold, spiced flavors of chai with the natural sweetness of honey and creamy milk, perfect for summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chai tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose-leaf chai
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk (whole milk, almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: ground cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil about 1 cup of water and steep 2 chai tea bags (or 2 teaspoons of loose-leaf chai) for 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the tea is still hot, stir in 1-2 tablespoons of honey. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  3. Let the tea cool to room temperature. For faster cooling, place it in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the cooled chai tea over the ice, then slowly add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of your favorite milk.
  6. Gently stir or shake the mixture in a mason jar for a frothy finish.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top as a garnish, if desired. Serve with a straw.

Notes

For best results, use strong chai tea and let it cool before pouring over ice to avoid dilution. Adjust sweetness and milk type to your preference.
