Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
  • 1 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or triple sec, or substitute with orange juice and a pinch of sugar)
  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka (or regular vodka plus 2 drops vanilla extract)
  • 1 oz heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste, or substitute with agave nectar or honey)
  • 12 oz club soda
  • Ice (crushed or cubes)
  • Optional garnish: extra berries, orange twist, mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Muddle the berries and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker or jar until juicy but not fully mashed.
  2. Add orange liqueur, vanilla vodka, and lemon juice to the shaker.
  3. Pour in heavy cream (or coconut cream) and shake gently to combine.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass (use a fine mesh strainer if desired).
  6. Top with club soda for fizz.
  7. Garnish with extra berries, an orange twist, and a mint sprig if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Chill your glassware and ingredients for extra creaminess. Adjust sweetness based on berry ripeness. For dairy-free, use coconut cream. Frozen berries work if thawed. Batch ahead by mixing everything except cream and soda, then add those just before serving.
