Iced Maple Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte

Iced Maple Cinnamon Oat Milk Latte

This cozy iced latte blends bold espresso or strong coffee with pure maple syrup, warm cinnamon, and creamy oat milk over ice for the ultimate fall-inspired coffee treat. Naturally dairy-free and vegan, it’s easy to make and perfect for chilly mornings or afternoon pick-me-ups.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 to 1.5 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (8 oz) oat milk (preferably barista-style, unsweetened)
  • Ice (enough to fill a tall glass)
  • Optional: Non-dairy whipped cream, cinnamon stick, pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew a double shot of espresso (2 oz) or 1/2 cup strong coffee. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice, leaving some room at the top.
  3. Add maple syrup and ground cinnamon to the coffee. Stir well until the cinnamon dissolves.
  4. Pour the maple-cinnamon coffee over the ice in your glass.
  5. Slowly pour in the oat milk. Froth it first if desired for extra creaminess.
  6. Stir gently to mix, or leave slightly layered for a pretty look.
  7. Top with optional whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon, or a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Notes

For best results, let your coffee cool before pouring over ice to prevent watering down. Barista-style oat milk is extra creamy, but any unsweetened oat milk works. Adjust maple syrup and cinnamon to taste. For a layered look, pour oat milk slowly and don’t stir immediately. You can prep the coffee, maple, and cinnamon ahead and store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
