Mini Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Shots

These Mini Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Shots are the perfect party drink—cute, creamy, fruity, and totally Instagram-worthy. They taste like strawberry cheesecake in liquid form and are easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine strawberries, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Place graham crackers in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor.
  4. Add a spoonful of crushed graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each shot glass.
  5. Carefully pour or spoon the smoothie mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
  6. Optional: Garnish with whipped cream, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, and a small strawberry slice.

Notes

For the best results, use ripe strawberries and softened cream cheese. You can make the smoothie base a few hours ahead and store it in the fridge. Assemble the shots just before serving for the freshest taste.
