Pumpkin Spice White Russian

Pumpkin Spice White Russian

A creamy, boozy twist on the classic White Russian, infused with cozy pumpkin spice flavors for the ultimate fall cocktail. Perfect for chilly evenings, autumn gatherings, or a sweet treat after a day at the pumpkin patch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 1 ounce pumpkin spice syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 ounce heavy cream (or milk/non-dairy alternative)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pumpkin pie spice, for garnish
  • Optional: whipped cream, for topping
  • Optional: splash of vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon pumpkin puree (for extra pumpkin flavor)
  • Optional: maple syrup (for added sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned or rocks glass halfway with ice.
  2. Pour in 2 ounces vodka.
  3. Add 1 ounce coffee liqueur.
  4. Add 1 ounce pumpkin spice syrup.
  5. Add 1 ounce heavy cream (or milk/non-dairy alternative).
  6. Stir gently with a spoon or stir stick until combined. For a layered look, pour the cream slowly over the back of a spoon.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top.
  8. Optional: Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for a dessert-like treat.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan or dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with oat, coconut, or almond milk. Homemade pumpkin spice syrup (pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice) gives the best flavor. Chill your glass in the freezer for a frosty vibe. Adjust sweetness and creaminess to taste. For parties, batch the base and let guests add cream and spice.
