Raspberry Crumble Cheesecake Shake

Raspberry Crumble Cheesecake Shake

This Raspberry Crumble Cheesecake Shake combines velvety cheesecake flavors with tangy raspberries and a buttery crumble topping for a dessert drink that’s indulgent and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup of crushed graham crackers, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix well and set aside for the crumble topping.
  2. Add 1 cup of raspberries, 3 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, and 1/2 cup of milk into your blender. Blend until smooth. If the shake is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness by adding a teaspoon of sugar or honey if needed. Blend again briefly.
  4. Pour the shake into glasses, leaving some space at the top. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of the crumble mixture, and a few extra raspberries for garnish.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, soften the cream cheese before blending and chill your serving glasses in the freezer for a few minutes. Avoid overblending to maintain a creamy consistency.
