Raspberry Lemonade Spritzers

Raspberry Lemonade Spritzers

A refreshing, triple-layered summer drink featuring muddled raspberries, tart lemonade, and fizzy sparkling water or lemon soda. This non-alcoholic spritzer is easy to make, visually stunning, and perfect for hot days or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (or thawed frozen raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (or agave/honey)
  • 1/2 cup lemonade (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/3 cup sparkling water or lemon soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Lemon slices or extra raspberries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup fresh raspberries with 1 tablespoon simple syrup. Muddle gently with a fork until juicy but still textured.
  2. Spoon the raspberry mixture into the bottom of a tall glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes, right on top of the raspberry layer.
  4. Slowly pour 1/2 cup lemonade over the ice, ideally over the back of a spoon to keep layers separate.
  5. Gently pour about 1/3 cup sparkling water or lemon soda on top, again pouring slowly for crisp layers.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves, a lemon slice, and extra raspberries if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for best fizz and layered effect.

Notes

For best layers, pour slowly and use plenty of ice. Chill all ingredients before assembling. You can substitute strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries for raspberries. Make a pitcher of raspberry syrup ahead for quick assembly. For a lower-sugar version, use unsweetened sparkling water and homemade lemonade with less sugar.
