Peach Iced Tea Popsicles

Peach Iced Tea Popsicles

These Peach Iced Tea Popsicles are a refreshing blend of fruity sweetness and classic iced tea flavor, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (or frozen peaches)
  • 1 cup brewed black tea (2 tea bags steeped in 1 cup hot water)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of black tea using 2 tea bags in 1 cup of hot water. Let steep for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar while the tea is still warm. Let cool to room temperature.
  2. Peel and slice peaches, removing pits. Blend peach slices with lemon juice until smooth. Strain puree through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture, if desired.
  3. Combine cooled tea and peach puree in a mixing bowl. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Add popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze molds for 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
  6. Run molds under warm water for a few seconds to release popsicles. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness to taste, as popsicles taste less sweet when frozen. Small paper cups and wooden sticks can be used as an alternative to popsicle molds.
