Mocha Swirl Frappe

A rich, creamy, and indulgent mocha frappe with the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee, ideal for chocolate lovers and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (or espresso for a bolder flavor)
  • 1 cup milk (whole milk or dairy-free alternatives like almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 23 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • Sugar to taste (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature or chill it in the fridge.
  2. In a blender, combine 1 cup of coffee, 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, and 2-3 cups of ice. Add sugar to taste if desired.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if too thick or more ice if too thin.
  4. Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside of a tall glass for a swirl effect.
  5. Pour the blended frappe into the glass, top with whipped cream, and garnish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.

Notes

Use chilled coffee to prevent the ice from melting too quickly. Adjust sweetness and toppings to your preference. Serve immediately for the best texture.
