Ultimate Maple Bacon Latte Fizz

A sweet and savory coffee drink combining maple syrup, crispy bacon, and creamy coffee with a fizzy twist. Perfect for cozy mornings, fancy gatherings, or as a dessert coffee.

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 12 strips of crispy bacon
  • 2 ounces espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • 1 teaspoon bacon grease
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set aside and save about 1 teaspoon of bacon grease.
  2. Brew 2 ounces of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
  3. Heat the milk in a small saucepan or froth it using a milk frother. Add the teaspoon of bacon grease and whisk it in.
  4. In a tall glass or mug, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and a splash of vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the coffee and frothy milk into the glass with the syrup. Stir gently to combine.
  6. In a cocktail shaker or jar with a lid, add 1/4 cup of club soda. Shake gently and pour it into the coffee mixture. Stir carefully.
  7. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon, and garnish with a piece of crispy bacon.

Notes

For the best fizz, use cold club soda. Adjust sweetness by starting with half the maple syrup and adding more as needed. Freshly brewed coffee and real whipped cream enhance the flavor.
