Vintage Punch

Timeless Vintage Punch is a fizzy, citrusy party drink with retro flair, perfect for gatherings year-round. It’s easy to make, crowd-pleasing, and customizable for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 4 cups lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite or 7Up)
  • 1/4 cup grenadine (or cherry juice as substitute)
  • Fresh citrus slices (orange, lemon, lime) for garnish
  • Optional: 2 cups ginger ale or sparkling water (to replace some soda for a lighter punch)
  • Optional: Maraschino cherries or fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes or frozen fruit (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Chill all juices and soda in the refrigerator before making the punch.
  2. In a punch bowl or large pitcher, combine orange juice and pineapple juice. Stir gently.
  3. Add lemon-lime soda (or a mix of soda and ginger ale/sparkling water for a lighter punch). Stir slowly to preserve bubbles.
  4. Pour in grenadine and stir gently until the color is evenly distributed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more citrus juice or soda as needed.
  6. Slice orange, lemon, and lime for garnish. Add slices to the punch bowl along with optional maraschino cherries or mint leaves.
  7. Add ice cubes or frozen fruit just before serving to keep the punch cold.
  8. Serve immediately using a ladle, making sure each glass gets some fruit garnish.

Notes

Chill all ingredients ahead for best results. Add soda and garnishes just before serving to keep the punch bubbly and fresh. Use frozen fruit instead of ice to avoid watering down the punch. For a boozy version, add rum, vodka, or sparkling wine to taste.
