White Chocolate Peppermint Martini

White Chocolate Peppermint Martini

A creamy, minty, and festive holiday cocktail featuring white chocolate liqueur, peppermint schnapps, and vodka, finished with a crushed candy cane rim. Perfect for winter parties or cozy nights in, this martini is a crowd-pleasing treat that looks as good as it tastes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce peppermint schnapps
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce half-and-half or cream (or coconut/almond milk for dairy-free)
  • 23 candy canes or peppermint candies, crushed (for rim)
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream
  • Optional: white chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Place 2-3 candy canes in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin until you have small bits. Pour onto a small plate.
  2. Dip the edge of your martini glass in a little cream or corn syrup, then dip into the crushed candy canes. Twist gently to coat the rim.
  3. Add white chocolate liqueur, peppermint schnapps, vodka, half-and-half or cream, and a handful of ice cubes to a martini shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until super cold and slightly frothy.
  5. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
  6. Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with white chocolate shavings or more crushed candy canes.

Notes

For best results, chill your glass and ingredients before making. Adjust peppermint schnapps to taste for more or less minty flavor. Use coconut or almond milk for a dairy-free version. You can batch the cocktail mix ahead and shake individual servings with ice before serving. If the candy rim won’t stick, use corn syrup for better adhesion.
