  • 1 bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Granny Smith)
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup brandy

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the apples and orange into rounds.
  2. Place the apple and orange slices into a large pitcher, followed by the cinnamon sticks.
  3. Pour in the white wine, apple cider, and brandy. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Taste the sangria and add 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey if additional sweetness is desired. Stir well until dissolved.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Just before serving, stir in the club soda for a refreshing bubbly finish.
  7. Pour the sangria into glasses, ensuring each serving includes a mix of fruit. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.

Notes

Chill all ingredients beforehand for a refreshing sangria. Adjust sweetness based on the apple cider and wine used. Add club soda just before serving to preserve fizz.
