A creamy, spiced milkshake with a grown-up twist of bourbon, perfect for fall celebrations like Halloween or Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole milk, almond milk, or oat milk)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • Crushed graham crackers (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill your glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, pumpkin puree, milk, bourbon, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth, about 30-60 seconds. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or bourbon as desired.
  5. Prepare garnishes by crushing graham crackers and whipping fresh cream, if desired.
  6. Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, omit the bourbon and add a splash of vanilla extract. Use cold ingredients to ensure a thick and creamy milkshake. Garnish with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flair.
