cinnamon maple iced latte

This dreamy iced latte blends bold coffee or espresso with creamy milk, pure maple syrup, and cozy cinnamon for the ultimate fall-inspired coffee drink. It’s easy to make at home and perfect for a refreshing treat any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso, cooled
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for topping
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (whole, oat, almond, soy, etc.)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream, extra cinnamon, or maple syrup for topping

Instructions

  1. Brew 3/4 cup strong coffee or 2 shots of espresso. Let cool for a few minutes or chill in the freezer briefly.
  2. In a tall glass or small bowl, mix 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup with 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Pour the cooled coffee or espresso over the maple-cinnamon mixture and stir until fully blended.
  4. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes (coffee ice cubes if desired).
  5. Slowly pour in 3/4 cup milk of choice. Froth milk first for extra creaminess if desired.
  6. Stir gently, then top with whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon, or a drizzle of maple syrup if you like.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

For best flavor, use real maple syrup and fresh cinnamon. Mix cinnamon with syrup first to prevent clumping. Adjust sweetness to taste. Use coffee ice cubes to avoid watering down your drink. Oat milk is especially creamy and works well for dairy-free versions. You can batch the coffee, maple, and cinnamon ahead and add milk and ice when serving.
