A vibrant and refreshing holiday cocktail combining tart cranberries, sweet orange juice, and bubbly champagne. Perfect for festive gatherings or a cheerful toast.

Ingredients

  • Champagne (brut or dry sparkling wine, Prosecco works too)
  • Orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • Cranberry juice (100% cranberry juice or a blend)
  • Fresh cranberries (optional, for garnish)
  • Orange slices (thinly sliced, for garnish)
  • Rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill the champagne thoroughly before starting.
  2. Slice the oranges thinly and rinse the rosemary sprigs if using. Set aside a handful of fresh cranberries for garnish.
  3. Fill each champagne flute about 1/4 of the way with orange juice. Adjust the amount based on your sweetness preference.
  4. Pour cranberry juice into the flute until itโ€™s halfway full.
  5. Slowly pour champagne into the flute until itโ€™s almost full, being gentle to preserve the bubbles.
  6. Garnish each glass with a slice of orange, a few cranberries, and a sprig of rosemary.
  7. Serve immediately while the champagne is still bubbly.

[‘Chill all ingredients to keep the cocktail crisp and refreshing.’, ‘Adjust the sweetness by using a cranberry juice blend or adding simple syrup.’, ‘Pour champagne slowly to avoid overflow and preserve bubbles.’, ‘For a mocktail version, replace champagne with sparkling water or ginger ale.’]
