A smooth and indulgent espresso martini made with cold brew coffee, vodka, coffee liqueur, and a creamy float topped with coffee beans. Perfect for a sophisticated yet easy-to-make after-dinner cocktail.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces cold brew coffee
  • 1.5 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Kahlรบa or coffee liqueur
  • 1 ounce heavy cream, lightly whipped
  • 0.5 ounces simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • 34 whole coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. Lightly whip 1 ounce of heavy cream until slightly thickened but still pourable.
  2. Measure and pour 2 ounces cold brew coffee, 1.5 ounces vodka, 1 ounce coffee liqueur, and 0.5 ounces simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels cold and frosty.
  5. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass, leaving space at the top.
  6. Gently pour the lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon to create a float on top.
  7. Garnish with 3-4 whole coffee beans on the cream float.

Notes

Use fresh cold brew coffee for best flavor. Do not over-whip the cream; it should be light and pourable. Chill martini glasses before serving. For dairy-free, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream or oat milk creamer. Shake the cocktail for 15-20 seconds to avoid watery dilution. Serve immediately for best cream float texture.
