  • 3 ounces (90 ml) Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys or Kerrygold)
  • ยฝ cup (120 ml) whole milk or milk alternative (oat milk or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) simple syrup, honey, or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill your shaker or mason jar halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in 1 cup (240 ml) of cold brew coffee.
  3. Add 3 ounces (90 ml) of Irish cream liqueur.
  4. Pour in ยฝ cup (120 ml) of milk or milk alternative.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of simple syrup or your preferred sweetener.
  6. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until frothy and chilled.
  7. Fill your serving glass with fresh ice cubes.
  8. Strain the mixture into the glass over the ice.
  9. Optional: Top with whipped cream or a light dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon.
