  • ยฝ cup (120 ml) ice cubes
  • Optional: a few drops vanilla extract
  • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
  • Optional: maple syrup or coconut sugar as sweetener alternatives

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 shots (about 2 oz / 60 ml) of fresh espresso using an espresso machine, moka pot, or Aeropress.
  2. Stir 2 teaspoons of brown sugar into the hot espresso until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the sweetened espresso into a cocktail shaker or mason jar.
  4. Add ยฝ cup (120 ml) oat milk and ยฝ cup (120 ml) ice cubes to the shaker.
  5. Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until frothy and creamy.
  6. Pour the mixture into a serving glass over fresh ice cubes.
