A quick and easy creamy iced white mocha combining freshly brewed espresso with sweet white chocolate syrup, perfect for a refreshing summer treat or cozy pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 shots (about 60 ml / 2 fl oz) freshly brewed espresso or 1/2 cup (120 ml) strong brewed coffee
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) white chocolate syrup (Ghirardelli or Torani recommended)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk (or almond, oat, or any dairy-free milk)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional, homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Sugar or sweetener (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Brew 2 shots (about 60 ml / 2 fl oz) of fresh espresso. If using strong coffee, brew 1/2 cup (120 ml).
  2. In a separate container, mix 3 tablespoons (45 ml) white chocolate syrup with 1 cup (240 ml) milk and 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract. Stir or whisk until well blended.
  3. Fill a tall glass with 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes.
  4. Pour the freshly brewed espresso over the ice, then slowly add the white chocolate milk mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding sugar or preferred sweetener little by little, stirring until dissolved.
  6. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream if desired. Optionally sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon on top.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use fresh espresso for best flavor. Pour espresso over ice before adding milk mixture to avoid curdling. Shake milk and syrup in a jar for frothiness if no frother is available. Adjust ice quantity to avoid watering down the drink. Whipped cream is optional and can be substituted with dairy-free coconut cream for vegan version.
