Instructions

  1. Gather and prep ingredients: Measure out ยฝ cup (120g) canned pumpkin puree and peel one ripe banana. If making your own chai spice blend, mix the spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Add liquids and base ingredients to blender: Pour 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk and ยฝ cup (120g) Greek or coconut yogurt into the blender.
