A quick and easy creamy Orange Julius smoothie made with just three simple ingredients, perfect for a refreshing and nostalgic citrus treat any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup (110 ml) frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk (whole milk for creaminess, or almond/oat milk for dairy-free)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Measure the frozen orange juice concentrate (about 1/3 cup or 110 ml). Keep it slightly frozen for best flavor.
  2. Pour in 1 cup (240 ml) of your preferred milk.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
  4. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if desired, then blend briefly again.
  6. For a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and pulse until smooth.
  7. Serve immediately in a tall glass or travel cup.

Notes

Use frozen orange juice concentrate for best texture and flavor. Whole milk gives the creamiest texture, but oat or almond milk are good dairy-free alternatives. Add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness if desired. Serve immediately for best texture. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours but may separate; stir before drinking.
