Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) boiling water
  • 2 packets (14 g) unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
  • 1.5 cups (360 ml) chilled champagne
  • Optional garnishes: edible glitter, gold sprinkles, fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Gelatin: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup (240 ml) of water to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 packets (14 g) of unflavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
  2. Add Sugar: Stir in 1/4 cup (50 g) of sugar until itโ€™s completely dissolved in the mixture.
  3. Mix in Champagne: Let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes, then slowly pour in 1.5 cups (360 ml) of chilled champagne. Stir gently to avoid losing too many bubbles.
  4. Pour Into Molds: Carefully transfer the mixture into shot glasses or silicone molds. Fill each one about 3/4 full.
  5. Optional Garnishes: Add a pinch of edible glitter, gold sprinkles, or a piece of fresh berry to each shot for a festive touch.
  6. Chill to Set: Refrigerate the shots for at least 3-4 hours or until fully set. Overnight is ideal for best results.
  7. Serve: Remove the shots from the molds or serve directly in the shot glasses. Arrange them on a tray for a stunning presentation.
