A refreshing, colorful, and fruity sangria made with fresh berries, crisp white wine, and a touch of fizzโ€”perfect for summer gatherings and patriotic celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 750ml (about 25 ounces) white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Triple Sec)
  • 23 tablespoons simple syrup, honey, or agave (optional)
  • 12 cups (250-500ml) sparkling water (plain or lightly flavored)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced white peaches (or nectarines)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries and white peaches into thin rounds or wedges. Rinse the blueberries and set all the fruits aside.
  2. In a large pitcher, pour in 750ml (about 25 ounces) of white wine, followed by 1/4 cup (60ml) of orange liqueur.
  3. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of simple syrup, honey, or agave to taste.
  4. Add the sliced peaches, strawberries, and blueberries to the pitcher. Gently stir so the fruits are evenly distributed.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Just before serving, add 1-2 cups (250-500ml) of sparkling water and stir gently.
  7. Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria into each glass, making sure to include some of the colorful fruits in each serving.
