A quick and easy party punch featuring frozen red berries, vodka, and fizzy soda for a vibrant, refreshing drink perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (480 ml) vodka
  • 4 cups (about 600 g) frozen red berry mix (strawberries, raspberries, cherries)
  • 3 cups (720 ml) red cranberry juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) orange juice, preferably fresh-squeezed
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 cups (720 ml) club soda or sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) simple syrup (optional)
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill the punch bowl in the fridge for 20-30 minutes if time allows.
  2. Add 4 cups of frozen red berry mix directly into the chilled punch bowl.
  3. Pour 2 cups of vodka over the berries and stir gently to combine.
  4. Add 3 cups cranberry juice, 1 cup orange juice, and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Stir carefully to blend flavors.
  5. Taste the mixture and add up to 1/4 cup simple syrup if it feels too tart, stirring until dissolved.
  6. Just before serving, add 3 cups club soda or sparkling water and stir gently to keep the fizz.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra whole berries if desired. Serve immediately with ice cubes on the side.

Notes

Use frozen berries as natural ice to chill without watering down the punch. Add sparkling water just before serving to keep fizz. Taste before adding simple syrup to balance tartness. Can be made non-alcoholic by omitting vodka and increasing sparkling water or adding white grape juice. For best results, chill glasses before serving.
