  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) elderflower liqueur (e.g., St-Germain)
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz (120 ml) sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: sprig of fresh mint or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice about ยฝ a medium English cucumber into thin rounds. Reserve a few slices for garnish.
  2. Place 4-5 cucumber slices in a mixing glass. Gently muddle to release juice and aroma without pulverizing.
  3. Add 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur and 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice to the glass. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes to the top.
  5. Pour 4 oz chilled sparkling water or club soda over the ice. Stir gently to mix without losing fizz.
  6. Garnish with reserved cucumber slices and a sprig of fresh mint or edible flower if desired. Serve immediately.
