A crisp, refreshing green juice combining celery, green apples, and lime for a perfect balance of sweet and earthy flavors. Quick and easy to make, this juice is ideal for hydration and a healthy boost anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 medium celery stalks
  • 2 medium green apples, cored (Granny Smith preferred)
  • 1 medium lime, peeled and seeded
  • 1 small knob fresh ginger (about 1 inch), peeled (optional)
  • 1/4 cup filtered water (60 ml) or as needed
  • Ice cubes, a handful (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep the produce: rinse celery stalks thoroughly and chop into 3-4 inch pieces. Wash apples, core them, and cut into quarters. Peel and seed the lime. Peel and slice ginger if using.
  2. Juice the celery pieces first, followed by apple chunks, lime, and ginger. Collect juice in a clean glass or pitcher.
  3. Add about 1/4 cup filtered water to adjust consistency if needed. Stir gently to combine. Add ice cubes if desired for extra chill.
  4. Taste and adjust: add a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup if too tart, or more ginger or lime for a bolder flavor.
  5. Serve immediately for best freshness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and shake before drinking.

Notes

If you don’t have a juicer, use a high-speed blender and strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag. Clean juicer immediately after use to avoid buildup. Slow juicing preserves flavor and nutrients better. Adjust sweetness with apple variety or optional honey/maple syrup. Store juice airtight and consume within 24 hours for best flavor.
