A bright, bubbly, and refreshingly crisp non-alcoholic mimosa mocktail perfect for summer celebrations and everyday enjoyment.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) fresh orange juice, freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 cup (240 ml) chilled sparkling water, plain or lightly flavored
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) simple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh orange slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Juice the oranges and lemon to yield about 1 cup (240 ml) orange juice and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice. Strain if desired.
  2. If using, stir in 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of simple syrup or honey into the juice mixture while at room temperature. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  3. Ensure sparkling water is chilled before mixing.
  4. In a chilled pitcher or large glass, gently stir together the orange-lemon juice mixture with 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water, taking care to preserve the fizz.
  5. Fill serving glasses halfway with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the ice, leaving space at the top.
  6. Garnish each glass with a fresh orange slice and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately while bubbly and cold.

Notes

Use chilled ingredients to keep the mocktail crisp and bubbly. Stir gently after adding sparkling water to preserve fizz. Freshly squeezed juice is preferred for best flavor. Prepare juice mixture in advance and add sparkling water just before serving to maintain bubbles. Adjust sweetness gradually to taste.
