This homemade maple pumpkin coffee creamer is creamy, naturally sweetened, and packed with real pumpkin flavor. It takes about five minutes to make and turns your regular cup of coffee into a cozy autumn experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and let them sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a jar or bowl, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree.
  3. Add the pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. If using a jar, screw the lid on tight and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until well combined. If using a bowl, whisk vigorously for about a minute until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice to your preference.
  6. Optional: Pour through a fine-mesh strainer for an ultra-smooth creamer.
  7. Pour into a storage container, seal tight, and refrigerate for up to 7 days. Shake well before each use.

Notes

Use 100% pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling. The creamer will thicken slightly as it chills; just shake before use. Flavors improve after a day or two in the fridge. For dairy-free, substitute with full-fat canned coconut milk and unsweetened oat milk.
