  • 1 small lemon, sliced
  • 23 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 bottle white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • ยฝ cup brandy
  • 1 cup club soda
  • Optional: honey or maple syrup, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the Honeycrisp apples, oranges, and lemons into thin, even rounds. Remove seeds if needed.
  2. Place the sliced fruits and cinnamon sticks into a large pitcher.
  3. Pour in the apple cider, white wine, and brandy. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Just before serving, stir in the club soda for a bit of fizz.
  6. Taste the sangria and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Stir well.
