A refreshing and comforting autumn cocktail loaded with Honeycrisp apples, warm cinnamon spices, and zesty citrus, perfect for fall parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 cup club soda
  • Optional garnishes: rosemary sprigs, pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice the Honeycrisp apples, oranges, and lemons into thin rounds. Remove any seeds from the citrus slices.
  2. Place the sliced fruit and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher.
  3. Slowly add the white wine and apple cider to the pitcher, ensuring the fruit is fully submerged.
  4. Stir in the honey until dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
  6. Just before serving, add club soda for a fizzy finish. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Pour into glasses and garnish with rosemary sprigs or pomegranate seeds if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, chill the sangria overnight. Adjust sweetness to taste and add club soda just before serving for maximum fizz.
