Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative like almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee. Youโ€™ll need about 1/2 cup (120 ml).
  2. In a blender, combine 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar or maple syrup, and 1/2 cup (120 ml) of milk.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you donโ€™t have a blender, whisk vigorously until well combined.
  4. Fill a tall glass or mason jar with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the espresso or coffee over the ice.
  6. Top with the pumpkin-spiced milk mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  7. If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, fall-inspired flavors!

Notes

For a stronger pumpkin flavor, add an extra tablespoon of puree. Adjust the sweetness to your liking, and use cold ingredients to keep the latte refreshing. The pumpkin spice milk base can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
