Instructions

  1. Chill your wine or large stemmed glass in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Pour 1.5 oz (45 ml) elderflower cordial over the ice.
  5. Add the fresh lemon juice to the glass.
  6. Gently pour 4 oz (120 ml) chilled prosecco down the side of the glass to preserve bubbles.
  7. Top with 2 oz (60 ml) soda water.

  9. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist and a fresh mint sprig if desired.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh and cold.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Chill all ingredients and glassware to keep the spritz bubbly and refreshing. Pour prosecco slowly down the side of the glass to preserve bubbles. Adjust elderflower cordial amount to taste. Mint garnish is optional but adds a refreshing aroma.
