Notes

Use strong coffee for bold flavor and cool it completely before blending to avoid a watery drink. Blend cocoa powder with coffee first for better chocolate flavor. Adjust ice amount for desired thickness. For vegan version, use plant-based milk and vegan sweetener. Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 24 hours but may lose frothiness.
