A fizzy, fruity cocktail combining Prosecco and fresh raspberries, perfect for celebrations and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle dry Prosecco
  • 1012 fresh raspberries
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur (e.g., Chambord)
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Mint sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. If making simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, heat until dissolved, and let cool.
  3. Place 10-12 raspberries in your cocktail shaker and gently muddle them with a muddler or the back of a spoon until they release their juices.
  4. Pour in 1 oz raspberry liqueur, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz simple syrup.
  5. Add a few ice cubes to the shaker, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  6. Using a fine-mesh strainer, pour the mixture into your serving glasses, leaving the pulp behind.
  7. Top each glass with chilled Prosecco, about 4 oz per serving.
  8. Add a few whole raspberries and a sprig of mint for garnish.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing fizz.
