A festive holiday cocktail with a perfect balance of fruity sweetness, refreshing fizz, and a cheeky kick from your favorite spirits. Ideal for holiday gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cranberry juice (480 ml)
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (240 ml)
  • 1 cup vodka (240 ml)
  • 1/2 cup triple sec (120 ml)
  • 750 ml prosecco or sparkling wine
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries (optional, for garnish)
  • Orange slices (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by juicing fresh oranges and measuring out your cranberry juice, vodka, triple sec, and prosecco. If using fresh cranberries for garnish, rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Chill the Ingredients: Pop the cranberry juice, orange juice, vodka, and prosecco in the fridge for at least an hour to ensure your spritzer stays icy cold without relying too much on ice.
  3. Mix the Base: In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, vodka, and triple sec. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Add the Bubbles: Just before serving, pour in chilled prosecco or sparkling wine for that festive fizz. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Prepare the Glasses: Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes. Add a few fresh cranberries and a slice of orange for garnish.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Pour the spritzer into the prepared glasses, filling them to the brim. Top each drink with a sprig of fresh mint for an extra festive touch. Serve immediately.
