Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup (240ml) orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
  • 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Gala)
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 23 cinnamon sticks
  • 45 whole cloves
  • 1 cup (240ml) club soda

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the oranges, apples, and pears. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and set aside.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine 1 bottle (750ml) of white wine, 1 cup (240ml) orange juice, and 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
  3. Add the sliced oranges, apples, pears, pomegranate seeds, 2-3 cinnamon sticks, and 4-5 whole cloves into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for a deeper flavor infusion.
  5. Just before serving, add 1 cup (240ml) of club soda for a light fizz. Garnish each glass with a sprig of rosemary if desired.
