- 750 ml Champagne or Sparkling Wine (dry or brut variety)
- 1 cup (240 ml) Peach Schnapps
- 2 cups (480 ml) Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup (240 ml) Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon Gold Edible Shimmer Powder (food-grade, for beverages)
- Fresh Fruit Garnishes (optional: thinly sliced oranges, lemon wheels, fresh berries)
Instructions
- Chill all your ingredients (champagne, juices, schnapps) in the fridge for at least 2 hours before mixing.
- Place the punch bowl in the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes to cool it down.
- Pour pineapple juice and orange juice into the chilled punch bowl. Stir gently to combine.
- Add peach schnapps and stir again to build the sweet, fruity base.
- Slowly pour in the champagne or sparkling wine down the side of the bowl to keep as many bubbles as possible. Stir very gently just once or twice to mix.
- Add the gold edible shimmer powder last. Sprinkle it evenly over the surface and give the punch a very gentle swirl with your spoon to see the shimmer start to dance.
- Garnish with fresh fruit slices and berries arranged in the punch.
- Serve immediately in champagne flutes or clear glasses to showcase the golden shimmer. Use a ladle if needed.

Keep all ingredients cold to maintain bubbles and freshness. Stir gently to avoid losing fizz. Chill the punch bowl beforehand to keep the punch colder longer without diluting with ice. If shimmer settles, gently stir to revive sparkle. Use dry or brut champagne to avoid overly sweet punch.
