- 1 tablespoon (15 g) granulated sugar (optional)
- Blue Layer: 1 cup (240 ml) blueberry-flavored gelatin
- ¾ cup (180 ml) boiling water
- ½ cup (120 ml) cold vodka
Instructions
- Prepare the Red Layer: Dissolve 1 cup raspberry gelatin in ¾ cup boiling water, whisk until dissolved. Stir in ½ cup cold vodka. Pour evenly into shot cups filling about one-third full (1 oz). Refrigerate 30-45 minutes until firm but tacky.
- Prepare the White Layer: Dissolve 1 cup unflavored gelatin in ¾ cup boiling water, whisk until dissolved. Stir in ½ cup coconut milk, ¼ cup vodka, and sugar if using. Let cool about 5 minutes to warm but not hot. Carefully pour over red layer filling another one-third. Refrigerate 45 minutes until set.
- Prepare the Blue Layer: Dissolve 1 cup blueberry gelatin in ¾ cup boiling water, whisk until dissolved. Stir in ½ cup cold vodka. Let cool slightly, then pour gently over white layer to fill cups. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight until fully firm.
- Serving: Remove from fridge 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly and enhance flavor.
Notes
