A festive and easy-to-make pink champagne punch that combines bubbly champagne with fresh fruit, elderflower liqueur, and a hint of sweetness, perfect for parties and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) pink champagne, chilled (dry Brut recommended)
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) white cranberry juice, unsweetened if possible
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) sparkling water, chilled
  • 1/4 cup (2 fl oz) elderflower liqueur, optional
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • A handful fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • Thinly sliced lemon rounds for garnish
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients (champagne, juices, sparkling water) for about 1 hour to keep punch crisp and refreshing.
  2. Rinse strawberries and raspberries. Hull and slice strawberries; keep raspberries whole. Thinly slice lemon rounds and pluck fresh mint leaves from stems.
  3. In a large punch bowl, combine white cranberry juice, pink grapefruit juice, sparkling water, and elderflower liqueur (if using). Stir gently to blend flavors without losing fizz.
  4. Add sliced strawberries, raspberries, lemon slices, and mint leaves to the punch bowl.
  5. Slowly pour chilled pink champagne into the bowl, pouring over the back of a spoon or ladle to maintain bubbles.
  6. Add ice cubes to keep the punch cold, avoiding overloading to prevent dilution.
  7. Gently stir the punch just before serving. Ladle into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint or a lemon slice.

Notes

Use well-chilled ingredients to maintain fizz. Pour champagne slowly over a spoon to keep bubbles. Add ice just before serving to avoid dilution. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute champagne and elderflower liqueur with sparkling white grape juice or sparkling water with apple juice. Fresh fruit and mint infuse flavor but avoid leaving punch uncovered too long to prevent mushy fruit. Prepare juice and liqueur base a day ahead for convenience.
