raspberry rose prosecco spritz - featured image

A quick and easy 3-ingredient cocktail that combines tart raspberry, floral rose, and crisp Prosecco for a refreshing and elegant drink that takes just 2 minutes to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 56 ounces (150180 ml) Prosecco or dry sparkling wine (brut or extra dry)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) raspberry preserves or raspberry syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon rose water or rose syrup
  • Ice (optional, 3-4 cubes)
  • Fresh raspberries and edible rose petals for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the Prosecco and glassware (glasses in freezer for 10 minutes, Prosecco in fridge for at least 2 hours).
  2. In the bottom of a glass, add 2 tablespoons of raspberry preserves or syrup. If using preserves, stir to loosen. Add 1/4 teaspoon rose water and stir gently to combine.
  3. Add 3-4 ice cubes (optional; skip if using a flute).
  4. Slowly pour 5-6 ounces of chilled Prosecco over the raspberry-rose mixture, pouring at an angle to preserve bubbles.
  5. Stir gently once or twice to incorporate flavors without losing carbonation.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and edible rose petals. Serve immediately.

Notes

Don’t overdo the rose waterโ€”start with 1/8 teaspoon and add more to taste. Use a dry (brut) Prosecco to balance sweetness. For a non-alcoholic version, swap Prosecco for sparkling water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine. The raspberry-rose base can be prepped ahead and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
