The Pink Lady cocktail is a vintage classic with a soft blush color, frothy top, and tangy-sweet flavor, perfect for sophisticated parties or indulgent moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce apple brandy
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 large egg white
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill your coupe glass in the freezer so it’s frosty when ready to serve.
  2. Measure out 2 ounces of gin, 1/2 ounce of apple brandy, 1/2 ounce of grenadine, 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice, and separate one egg white into a small bowl.
  3. Add the gin, apple brandy, grenadine, lemon juice, and egg white to your cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for about 15–20 seconds to create a frothy texture.
  4. Add ice cubes to your shaker and shake again for another 20 seconds until the shaker feels ice-cold.
  5. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the cocktail into your chilled coupe glass to ensure a smooth texture.
  6. Optional: Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or a maraschino cherry.

[‘Use pasteurized eggs or aquafaba for a vegan option.’, ‘Dry shaking without ice creates the perfect frothy texture.’, ‘Adjust sweetness or tartness to suit your taste by adding more grenadine or lemon juice.’, ‘Chill your glass beforehand for a more refreshing experience.’]
