A creamy, indulgent fall drink made with white chocolate, pumpkin puree, and warm spices. Perfect for cozy autumn nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups whole milk (or almond milk/oat milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips. Heat over medium-low, whisking constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the saucepan. Whisk until everything is well combined.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice blend (or adjust to taste). Continue whisking as the mixture heats through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and taste-test. Add more maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter or more spice if you want a stronger autumn flavor.
  5. Pour into your favorite mug and top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, and a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Notes

Heat the milk over medium-low to prevent curdling. Use an immersion blender for a smoother texture if needed. Adjust sweetness and spice to your preference.
