A quick and easy adult-friendly summer slushie blending classic Bomb Pop popsicles with vodka and lemon-lime soda for a nostalgic, boozy refreshment.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 Bomb Pop popsicles (about 6 ounces / 170 grams total), frozen solid
  • 1 cup (240 ml) vodka
  • ยฝ cup (120 ml) lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • 12 cups (150300 grams) ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Freeze your Bomb Popsicles solid for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Add 3-4 Bomb Pop popsicles broken into chunks into a blender.
  3. Add 1 to 2 cups of ice cubes depending on desired thickness.
  4. Pour in 1 cup (240 ml) vodka.
  5. Add ยฝ cup (120 ml) lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
  6. Pulse on medium speed, then blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and slushy.
  7. Adjust consistency by adding more soda or vodka if too thick, or more ice if too thin, then blend briefly again.
  8. Serve immediately in chilled glasses, optionally garnished with a mini Bomb Pop or fresh fruit.

Notes

Use ice cubes instead of crushed ice for smoother texture. Pulse first then blend to avoid watery slush. Adjust vodka amount to taste. Chill glasses before serving to keep slushie cold longer. Leftovers can be stored in airtight container in freezer up to 24 hours; thaw slightly and re-blend before serving.
