Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: Measure out 1 cup (240 ml) of vodka, 2 cups (300 g) of frozen blueberries, 2 cups (480 ml) of lemonade, and 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) of honey or simple syrup if using. Have 1-2 cups (120-240 g) of ice cubes ready.
- Add the frozen blueberries and lemonade into the blender first. Pulse a few times to break down the berries.
- Pour in the vodka and honey/simple syrup. Blend on high for about 20-30 seconds until smooth but still thick.
- Add ice cubes gradually and pulse in short bursts to maintain a slushy texture. Avoid continuous blending to prevent melting.
- Check consistency: The mixture should be thick enough to hold its shape but easy to sip. If too thick, add a splash more lemonade; if too thin, add a few more ice cubes.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon zest for extra brightness.
