A simple, easy-to-make frozen peach rosé slushie with just three ingredients, perfect for summer refreshment with a balanced sweet and dry flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (350 ml) dry rosé wine (chilled)
  • 2 cups (300 grams) frozen peach slices (unsweetened, no sugar added)
  • 12 tablespoons simple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour 12 oz (350 ml) of chilled dry rosé wine into your blender.
  2. Add 2 cups (300 grams) of frozen peach slices.
  3. If using, add 1-2 tablespoons of simple syrup or honey to taste.
  4. Start blending on low speed to break up the frozen peaches, then increase to high speed.
  5. Blend for about 45-60 seconds until you get a slushie texture—smooth but still thick enough to hold shape.
  6. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more rosé or a little cold water.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more syrup or honey if needed, then pulse a few more seconds to mix.
  8. If too thin, add a handful more frozen peaches and blend briefly.
  9. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately with a sprig of fresh mint or a thin peach slice for garnish.

Notes

Use frozen peaches for best icy texture. Chill rosé before blending. Do not overblend to avoid watery texture. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture. Can substitute half rosé with sparkling water for lower alcohol. Non-alcoholic versions can use sparkling white grape juice or non-alcoholic rosé alternatives.
