A quick and easy frozen pink lemonade slushie that balances tart lemon flavor with a subtle cranberry twist, perfect for cooling down on hot summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (12 fl oz / 355 ml) frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz / 240 ml) cranberry juice (100% juice, no added sugar preferred)
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz / 240 ml) cold water
  • 3 cups (about 24 oz / 680 g) ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons (25 g) granulated sugar (optional)
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and chill liquids. Ensure lemonade concentrate is fully frozen and cranberry juice is cold (about 5 minutes).
  2. Pour frozen lemonade concentrate, cranberry juice, and cold water into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add granulated sugar if desired for extra sweetness.
  4. Add ice cubes to the blender.
  5. Pulse blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds, stopping to check consistency. Add more ice cubes and pulse again if too runny.
  6. Scrape down the sides with a spatula and stir gently to evenly distribute ice crystals and flavor.
  7. Pour the slushie into chilled glasses or mason jars. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh, firm ice cubes for best texture. Chill liquids before blending to keep the slushie icy longer. Pulse blend in short bursts to avoid watery texture. Freeze glasses ahead for extra frosty presentation. Adjust sugar to taste or use natural sweeteners for a low-sugar version.
