A quick and easy frozen raspberry frose blush slushie that blends tart raspberries with dry rosรฉ wine and a hint of lemon and honey for a perfect summer refresher.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (300g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup (240ml) blush rosรฉ wine
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup (240ml) crushed ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: measure 2 cups (300g) frozen raspberries, freshly squeeze 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice, and have 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey ready if using.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine frozen raspberries, 1 cup (240ml) blush rosรฉ wine, lemon juice, and honey. Pulse a few times to break down berries, then blend continuously until smooth with a little texture.
  3. Add 1 cup (240ml) crushed ice cubes to the blender. Pulse a few times, then blend on high until slushy and well combined. Add a splash more rosรฉ or cold water if too thick.
  4. Check consistency: it should be thick enough to hold a spoon but easy to sip through a straw. Blend more if too chunky or add frozen raspberries if too thin.
  5. Serve immediately in chilled tall glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves and optional whole raspberries.

Notes

Use frozen raspberries straight from the freezer for best texture. A dry, crisp rosรฉ wine balances sweetness well. Add ice after blending fruit and wine for smooth texture. If making ahead, freeze mixture up to 24 hours and blend briefly before serving to restore slushie texture.
