A quick and easy frozen raspberry rosé slushie that’s perfect for summer sipping, combining tart raspberries, crisp rosé, and a splash of sparkling water for a light, bubbly treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) chilled rosé wine (dry or semi-dry)
  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen raspberries
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sparkling water (plain or flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill your rosé in the fridge for at least 2 hours before starting.
  2. Place 2 cups of frozen raspberries into the blender.
  3. Add 1 1/2 cups of chilled rosé and 1-2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 1/2 cup of sparkling water.
  5. Optionally add 1 cup of ice cubes for a thicker slush.
  6. Pulse blend in short bursts for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is slushy but still drinkable.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or a splash more sparkling water if needed.
  8. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen raspberries for best icy texture. Do not overblend to avoid watery consistency. Keep rosé well chilled before blending. Adjust sweetness gradually. For a non-alcoholic version, replace rosé with white grape juice and sparkling water. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 days; thaw slightly and stir or re-blend before serving.
