A crisp, refreshing, and festive non-alcoholic mocktail perfect for summer parties, featuring layers of fresh berries, natural juices, and sparkling water.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) blueberry juice (no-sugar-added preferred)
  • 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) strawberry juice (fresh or bottled, no added sugars)
  • 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) white grape juice (can substitute apple juice or cranberry juice)
  • 300 ml (10 fl oz) sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • ยฝ cup (75 g) fresh blueberries (frozen works too)
  • ยฝ cup (75 g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ยผ cup (40 g) fresh raspberries (optional)
  • A small handful fresh mint leaves
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Optional: 1-2 tsp (5-10 ml) honey or agave syrup for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Chill all liquids and fruit: blueberry juice, strawberry juice, white grape juice, and sparkling water in the fridge. Rinse berries and mint, slice strawberries and lemon.
  2. In a serving pitcher, layer fresh blueberries first, then sliced strawberries and raspberries to create the red, white, and blue effect.
  3. In a separate bowl or measuring jug, combine blueberry juice, strawberry juice, and white grape juice. Stir gently to blend. Add honey or agave syrup if desired and mix until dissolved.
  4. Pour the juice mixture over the layered fruit in the pitcher and let sit for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
  5. Just before serving, gently stir in chilled sparkling water or club soda to keep the fizz lively. Adjust amount to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices. Add ice cubes to glasses before pouring the spritzer.

Notes

Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz. Use no-sugar-added juices for better balance. Frozen berries chill the drink without watering it down and slowly release flavor. Layer fruit for visual appeal and subtle flavor pockets. Mint can be muddled gently for more herbal brightness but avoid bitterness. For make-ahead, mix juices and fruit up to 4 hours ahead; add sparkling water and ice just before serving. Fresh lemon juice can be added to juice mix for extra brightness.
